THE FEEL

Warrenton is a town on the rise, with big plans and achievements. The city’s pro-business stance has brought a number of specialty stores and restaurants to the area, while low property taxes, good schools, and affordable land has attracted families of all sizes. Warrenton is also at the “back door” of Missouri wine country, making a weekend getaway fun and easy.

HISTORY

The City of Warrenton was birthed from a strong, independent, pioneering spirit. Settlers of German, French, English, Irish, and Spanish heritage shaped the land as well as its citizens to become this city we call home. We owe our city’s very foundation to a group of savvy business men and a stubborn court clerk named, Carty Wells.

The neighborhood has rail and highway access to Interstate 70. It is approximately an hour drive from downtown St. Louis.
